What happens after 24 hours if my customer hasn't replied?
That's WhatsApp's rule, not ours: free-form replies only work within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window, only a pre-approved template can reopen the conversation, sent through an owner-launched campaign — never silently from the inbox.
